1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the mvpph1 platform (the "Service"), including the website located at https://mvpph1.cam and all associated mobile applications, you ("User," "you," or "your") agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (the "Terms"), our Privacy Policy, and all applicable laws and regulations governing online gaming in the Republic of the Philippines. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the Service.

mvpph1 (the "Company," "we," "us," or "our") reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the Service following any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for updates.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years of age to create an account or use the Service. By registering an account, you represent and warrant that you are of legal gambling age in the jurisdiction from which you are accessing the Service. mvpph1 operates in compliance with PAGCOR (Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation) regulations, which mandate a minimum age of 21 years for participation in casino-style gambling activities.

2.2 Account Registration

To use the Service, you must create an account by providing accurate, current, and complete information, including but not limited to:

• Full legal name as it appears on your government-issued identification
• Date of birth

• Philippine mobile number
• Residential address

You agree to maintain the accuracy of this information and update it promptly if any changes occur. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information may result in immediate account suspension or termination without refund of any funds.

2.3 Account Verification

mvpph1 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to government-issued photo identification (Philippine Passport, Driver's License, UMID, or other PAGCOR-accepted ID), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. You agree to provide such documentation within 7 days of request. Failure to comply may result in account suspension and withholding of withdrawals until verification is completed.

2.4 Single Account Policy

Each User is permitted to maintain only one (1) account with mvpph1. Creating multiple accounts, whether under your own name or using false identities, is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate termination of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all funds and winnings.

3. Use of the Service

3.1 Permitted Use

The Service is provided solely for personal entertainment purposes. You may not use the Service for any commercial purposes, including but not limited to operating or participating in betting syndicates, professional gambling operations, or any form of coordinated betting activity.

3.2 Prohibited Activities

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

• Using automated systems, bots, scripts, or any other software to place bets or manipulate gameplay
• Colluding with other players to gain unfair advantage
• Exploiting software errors, bugs, or game malfunctions for financial gain
• Engaging in fraudulent activity, including but not limited to payment fraud, bonus abuse, or identity theft
• Using VPNs or proxy servers to mask your location or circumvent geographic restrictions
• Accessing the Service from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited
• Allowing any third party to access your account or sharing login credentials
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any component of the Service

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials. Any activity conducted through your account will be deemed to have been authorized by you. You agree to notify mvpph1 immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other security breach. mvpph1 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain account security.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Payment Methods

mvpph1 accepts deposits via GCash and PayMaya exclusively. All deposits and withdrawals are processed in Philippine Pesos (PHP). The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. There is no maximum deposit limit for verified accounts, though payment processors may impose their own transaction limits.

4.2 Deposit Processing

Deposits made via GCash or PayMaya are processed instantly and credited to your account balance immediately upon confirmation from the payment processor. mvpph1 does not charge fees for deposits; however, your payment provider may impose transaction fees.

4.3 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests may be submitted at any time through your account dashboard. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱500. Withdrawals are processed within 15 minutes during normal operating hours for verified accounts. First-time withdrawals and withdrawals exceeding ₱50,000 may require additional verification and processing time of up to 24 hours.

All withdrawals must be made to a GCash or PayMaya account registered in your name. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited. mvpph1 reserves the right to request proof of payment method ownership before processing withdrawals.

4.4 Anti-Money Laundering Compliance

In compliance with Philippine anti-money laundering regulations, mvpph1 may conduct enhanced due diligence on transactions exceeding statutory thresholds. You agree to cooperate with any requests for information regarding the source of funds. Suspicious transactions will be reported to appropriate authorities as required by law.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Bonus Terms

All bonuses, promotions, and special offers provided by mvpph1 are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, game restrictions, maximum bet limits, and expiration dates. These terms are published on the relevant promotion page and incorporated by reference into these Terms.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise specified, all bonuses carry a wagering requirement of 30x the bonus amount. Wagering contributions vary by game type: slots contribute 100%, table games contribute 10%, and live dealer games contribute 5%. You must complete wagering requirements before any winnings derived from bonus funds become withdrawable.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

mvpph1 strictly prohibits bonus abuse, including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly, coordinating with other players to meet wagering requirements, or engaging in low-risk betting strategies designed solely to clear bonus requirements. Any User found to be abusing bonuses will have their account terminated and all funds forfeited.

6. Game Rules and Malfunctions

6.1 Game Outcomes

All game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) that have been independently tested and certified by accredited third-party testing laboratories. mvpph1 does not influence, manipulate, or control game outcomes. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages are theoretical values based on long-term statistical expectations.

6.2 Game Malfunctions

In the event of a game malfunction, software error, or technical fault, all affected bets and game outcomes will be void. mvpph1 will investigate all reported malfunctions and take corrective action as appropriate. If a malfunction results in incorrect crediting of funds to your account, mvpph1 reserves the right to reverse the erroneous transaction and adjust your account balance accordingly.

6.3 Disputes

In the event of a dispute regarding game outcomes, bet placement, or account transactions, mvpph1's server records and logs will be considered the final authority. All disputes must be reported within 7 days of the disputed transaction. Claims submitted after this period will not be considered.

7. Responsible Gaming

7.1 Self-Exclusion

mvpph1 is committed to promoting responsible gaming. Users who wish to limit or suspend their gambling activity may utilize self-exclusion tools available in their account settings. Self-exclusion periods range from 24 hours to permanent closure. During a self-exclusion period, you will not be able to access your account or place any bets.

7.2 Deposit Limits

Users may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits to manage gambling expenditure. Limit increases require a 24-hour cooling-off period before taking effect. Limit decreases take effect immediately.

7.3 Reality Checks

All content on the mvpph1 platform, including but not limited to software, graphics, logos, text, images, audio, video, and game designs, is the property of mvpph1 or its licensors and is protected by Philippine and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content without express written permission from mvpph1.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, mvpph1 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of funds, loss of profits, or loss of data. This limitation applies even if mvpph1 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

mvpph1 does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Service. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

10. Account Suspension and Termination

mvpph1 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or any conduct that mvpph1 deems harmful to the Service or other Users. Upon termination, any remaining account balance (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to you, subject to completion of any pending investigations.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the use of the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Metro Manila, Philippines.
